Tiz is a Romanian rescue dog who was completely shut down. He had no interest in humans and did his best to avoid them. He didn't make eye contact and never wagged his tail. I worked with his owner to bring Tiz out of himself and trained him to respond to the basic commands of sit, stay and down.
